I'm just trying to feel less embarrassed right now, since I keep looking at the main post and cringing.

Close the browser and walk away. Maybe go to a movie at the theatre, so you'll be socially obligated to not look at your phone for a couple of hours.

Or come down to the training gym for a self defense lesson, and I'll keep you too busy to worry about this post.

Honestly, I think I might come down to the gym. It'd be nice to just distract myself with something more physical I guess.

Wouldn't hurt to actually know more too.
