Ill Met By Moo-Light
Who: Aelwyn Abernant & YOU?
When: 4th of September, two days after the last night of the circus.
Where: Holy Cow Ice Cream Cafe
Summary: A meeting, away from the prying eyes of ADI.
Warnings: TBA?
[Aelwyn mentioned offhand that they should discuss a plan of attack in person, away from the prying ever-present eyes of the ADI. Pretty early in the morning she tells a few people she thinks are tight with enough people to make a meeting work without having to go through the regular channels and one things leads to another and eventually, a meeting is organized.
At an Ice Cream place, which, to be fair, makes a really good milkshake. Aelwyn arrived here extra early, just to check that she managed to actually book the place and keep it away from prying eyes. Luckily, it seems that whatever money she has, it's good enough to afford one booking.
So she's there, at the table, a cup of ice cream in her hand.]
I think we've all got out suspicions, right? And I'd say a lot of us are sick of not knowing when we're being watched by those who claim to be protecting us.
Who wants to start? [Logically, she knows she should, but she's a dramatic bitch, so why should she.]

"Sometimes, cameras catch things that we don't notice the first time around, so I tend to take pictures no matter what I'm actually expecting. It's always good to be able to go back to something and look for details you missed the first time, and to preserve a scene exactly as it is at the moment."
He taps his fingertips on the table.
"But yes, sometimes cameras also catch energy that the human eye doesn't usually detect. Light orbs, blurring, distortion. It could mean a lot of things, from the presence of ghosts to otherworld portals to arcane enchantment, but I think it backs up the evidence we've gathered so far."

Like now. He frowns at the photographs again, studying them intently.
"The wagon was the center of a tragedy where about a dozen people died violently. That is exactly the sort of thing that leaves an imprint behind. I'm sure a lot of people felt uneasy around it without knowing exactly why, even after it was cleaned and painted." He drums his fingertips on the table, the frown deepening further as he thinks about it. "A lot about the scene in general is off, though. If their end goal is farming fear, at least some of their methods are subtle."
