I guess I can hope a place like this doesn't have too many electronics stores.

At least he's not in jail. I checked.

(Yes, really. She would be only somewhat surprised if he got into that sort of trouble.)

I think at this point of the 21st century a lot of stores were moving at least partially online.

(So probably not too many stores? Not an impossible number, at least.)

As disappointed as I'd be, jail wouldn't have been the worst possibility.
