You’re joking but that’s essentially what I did that year. My dad ended up snapping my copy of Appetite for Destruction in half

Bet he wished he hadn’t when Metallica dropped ‘...And Justice for All’ in ‘88. Blew his speakers out more than once with that one

Oh I had headphones. I made my own headphones. 2 things though:

1. You don't listen to hard rock or heavy metal, the whole neighborhood listens to it. Otherwise you're doing it wrong

and 2. Listening on headphones wouldn't annoy my dad nearly as much and that was my goal a lot of the time
