[He can't help it. He flirts without even meaning to.]
Yes, I'm in total control and have been since my second transformation. Media is...pretty inaccurate, sorry. But if you have any questions, I'll answer.
We can, but it's not as easy as you'd think. There's a few different requirements, and it's not so easy to meet all of them. It was total chance the one who bit me managed it.
I like Eastern European food. One of my pack is Russian, so I've tried a few dishes that might be similar.
Mostly, I think as long as we're in the same place, we'll be just fine. I'm more worried about how they're doing without me than whether this place is better than home or not.
(It's not better though. Nothing is better than home.)
anything is better than being whisked away from home and asked to do the work for someone else, all the while restricted from what powers one is used to.

i suppose, but it can be rather alarming? [HELLO!!] not that i think you are a menace or anything. it is just surprising.
no subject
Understandable. Though I have to say, it kind of sounds like you think I might be a menace. ;)
no subject
i'm pretty sure i wouldn't have to worry about you.
[wait, is that petty in some roundabout way? don't take the bait, wanda. it's just a big dog.]
what i've been trying to say is: you're in control of your transformations? i don't know how accurate media is to your situation.

Yes, I'm in total control and have been since my second transformation. Media is...pretty inaccurate, sorry. But if you have any questions, I'll answer.

i guess i was under the impression that it was somehow a difficult and painful experience. is it still, even when you are in control of it?
[that being s a i d...]
are you even allowed to transform anymore?
no subject
It was, the first time, before I got control of it. Now it's as easy as breathing and I can do it whenever I like. Or at least I could at home.
And no, I'm not supposed to use 'superhuman powers' right? So of course I won't.
[He absolutely will.]

[because she gets it; to be told to not do something is very much like daring you to do it.]
so, going back to your question: i can cook.
no subject
So can I. But I bet you know recipes I don't.
no subject
[like vampires..and zombies...? she doesn't consume a lot of horror.]
and probably. mostly eastern european recipes.
oh.
dracula is from eastern europe.

no subject
[she's just curious]
it might be similar. most countries in that area were sort of absorbed by the russian culture anyway.
how many are in your pack?
no subject
Ah yeah. That makes sense.
There's about 14 total, depending on the day.
no subject
sounds like a fun time. i don't suppose there are any of them here with you?
no subject
It is pretty fun, and unfortunately no, none of them are here. At least not that I've run into. I wish they were. I miss them already.
no subject
but only in the full moon.
it's normal big dog slobber every other night.
you do have to wonder if being here is any better than not.
hopefully you'll find some people to be around with while here, though.

the onset of an apocalypse is not helpful either.
