Ill Met By Moo-Light
Who: Aelwyn Abernant & YOU?
When: 4th of September, two days after the last night of the circus.
Where: Holy Cow Ice Cream Cafe
Summary: A meeting, away from the prying eyes of ADI.
Warnings: TBA?
[Aelwyn mentioned offhand that they should discuss a plan of attack in person, away from the prying ever-present eyes of the ADI. Pretty early in the morning she tells a few people she thinks are tight with enough people to make a meeting work without having to go through the regular channels and one things leads to another and eventually, a meeting is organized.
At an Ice Cream place, which, to be fair, makes a really good milkshake. Aelwyn arrived here extra early, just to check that she managed to actually book the place and keep it away from prying eyes. Luckily, it seems that whatever money she has, it's good enough to afford one booking.
So she's there, at the table, a cup of ice cream in her hand.]
I think we've all got out suspicions, right? And I'd say a lot of us are sick of not knowing when we're being watched by those who claim to be protecting us.
Who wants to start? [Logically, she knows she should, but she's a dramatic bitch, so why should she.]

But I'm not entirely sure. It doesn't seem like just feeding the entities something will make them grow powerful enough to destroy the world, but it does seem to have an effect on whoever's feeding it.

I think... regardless, if we're relying on powers, I would need to feed on something. I'm not eager to just go around incinerating civilians, but there's probably something I can figure out if that's the plan... [She seems pretty apprehensive at the thought. She's been feeding on monsters so far so...]
I guess all we need to work out is whether avatars can just be shot dead or blown up with explosives. It'd be a lot more convenient if so.

We just need to be careful.

[Jaeger's voice is low and rough, steady in the relative quiet of the ice cream parlor. He taps at the cover of his notebook with idle energy.]
Working with ADI now will help us gather more information about them as well as whatever threats we're facing, and gives us access to resources we might not have on our own. Especially in a new world where our abilities are...compromised.
I don't know how accurate their warnings are, but that may be something to investigate as well. Apparently, there is a noticeable fatality rate for those that leave town and go off on their own.
