Warnings: Anger / Control Issues, breaking/destroying objects, Potential Discussion of DID/Dissociative Identity Disorder and related trauma, will add more as / if it arises
This may seem a bit of a weird request but I hope you'll humour me for a moment. I like to think I normally have a good handle on keeping myself collected and in line but I've found it harder to relax and unwind with the stress and tension building up here around and inside myself.
That is to say I'm looking for help, or advice I suppose. I've heard of things like rage rooms, so I'm hoping to find or get a hand in setting something like that up. Ideally with breakables that won't cause too much damage or potential harm to self. Like smaller ceramics to smash or old books to tear up, things like that. Ideally with an area it can be cleaned up easy enough and some protective gear that wont be too cumbersome but still provide safety.
Like I said, I know this may seem strange and a bit helicopter-y in the specifics but my situation is a particular one and I just think it could help so having aid in making sure it goes smoothly would be nice.

Budget might also help but I'm not looking to milk for much, could probably crawl some thrifting locations nearby but like I said, anything helps.
Supervision is also something I considered but it's something I'd rather explain into more privately with whoever might volunteer.

Exercise doesn't really help in this case. From what I gather.. Breaking things is familiar, it's exertion of pent up energy and the satisfaction of not having to worry about holding back or staying completely regulated or bottled up. In a controlled space at least this allows that energy and anger to be released in a way that won't end up blowing over and hurting anyone.

Do you know why you are angry? Perhaps addressing that will also help with your situation. I do not know if the therapy section of ADI is so robust as it was given recent departures, but I can be a friendly ear to listen, if nothing else.
