Well, it has come to this. [A quiet clink and a clearing of the throat.]

My brother Leonardo and I are planning an excursion into Dogtown, notably those areas not yet investigated. I know some day trips have consisted of little more than a hope and a prayer, but we would prefer to be a bit more methodical. Therefore, my requests herein are simple:

One. Warnings and sentiments are not needed. Well wishes...appreciated, I suppose. Ultimately not useful but the motivations behind it will be documented appropriately.

Two. Any information is welcome. If you've already posted your findings to the network then a repeat telling isn't necessary, I've already reviewed it. Let's not waste everyone's time, yours included. Oh and unnecessarily relive trauma or something, et cetera et cetera.

Three. If you're a combatant and would like to come along, please let us know. If you are not a combatant and would like to come along...why? If you were to die my brother would become depressed. Depending on how your death played out, I may likewise be disturbed, so please don't do that.

Certainly. I'd be happy to share it with you. And for what it's worth, I think you would do very well with baking. It requires such precision and understanding, that feels very much like you.

My brother Michelangelo, he cooks and he's quite good at it, but the few times I've tried my hand have not gone well. Honestly his teaching methods leave much to be desired. "You've gotta feel the spice, Donnie," as if that's a real thing that can be done. Poor, sweet Angelo. He would never survive The Great Bingo Bake Off.

Baking, now that's alchemic. Deviating from the recipe is not inspired, it's disaster. If you understand the components and their interactions with each other, then you can concoct anything. So much better.
