There are tailors? They're just a bit expensive. And won't really make things wholesale. I'm sure if you find a garment you like you can get it edited though.

Unless we have really different ideas of what a tailor is.

I assume it's because they're more expensive. And it's easier to get a lot of clothes that are fine than just a few that really fit well. Or at least that's what we're all used to.
