I was trained with firearms and in unarmed combat.

( there are other weapons she's picked up along the way for close combat situations but she's not as skilled )

I started learning how to use a sword but it's new.

Both useful methods of defending yourself. At least, to my understanding of how guns work. I have only fired one twice.

[Both times simply to know what it felt like to hold and use one, just in case, but they weren't practical for him when his movement and ability to find others relied on hearing.]

I am not as good with a traditional sword as my friend Jaeger is, but I'm certain your training could continue here, if you desired it.
