I can't just get used to it. I won't get used to it. She's my niece, I'm supposed to look out for her. We don't know where she's gone, what's happened to her, if she went home that'd be so good but I can't not know where she's gone

I've lost so many friends here, it's not even funny at this point. They vanish, just as soon as I get to know them. Just as soon as I care about them. I don't know why some people stay and some don't, but at some point, it's exhausting to care, when anyone might vanish or leave or whatever.
