Eda doesn't comment on drawing the knife; she's not sure where they are yet, but given this place it's probably a good idea. And she's just as glad that whatever's going on, she's not alone for it.

"It... looks like home. My home." is her answer, not that she really trusts that.

Then, at first, what draws her attention is the sounds, followed by spotting the rot. She backs away, gesturing sharply for Winter to do the same.

"Don't touch that stuff," she says, which is probably a fairly obvious call to make, but she seems upset in a way that goes beyond the visible destruction that it's causing.
