It takes absolutely everything in him not to spring into action when he notices the tiny figure near the card. But between not wanting to even risk knocking down another building and desperately not wanting to scare the figure away, he makes himself stay calm - at least, outwardly. Makes himself move slowly and carefully, deliberately, almost shaking with the effort as he works to reposition himself such that he can - slowly, so slowly - slide his hands up into the model, in a configuration as close to what he drew on the card as possible.
The hands stop a few inches from Winter, not reaching for him again. Just... waiting. Patiently - or, at least, trying for patience.
