Would the ground fall away were the titan to unbend his knee, or would she simply be crushed as everything built upon it cracked apart? How would she and everything around her tumble if he were to stand?

He's looking at her. She's being watched; surely the skull has turned to gaze in her direction. And if he can turn the skull, he can unbend the knee.
