Well, if there's one thing that Cortana's good at, it's getting attention, at least.

She's not doing good at much else, right now. She can't really run--not that she was going to, but it might be apparent that her stumbling and lurching isn't just an act to lure the damned thing closer--and it's all she can manage to keep her grip on her jammer as the tower begins to gain on her.

She's not scared though. She's dealt with worse.
