"Make me!" Hickey laughs. Because yep, this is exactly what Hickey is doing. He's indulging in the thrill of the chase, enjoying the feeling of the Hunt as he bounds after John. He's making sure that the man is ahead of the chase, that he thinks he has a means of escape.
