Eda's not sure whether to be impressed, both because she's not sure what a blood fiend is and she's only loosely sure what Japan is. She knows it's where some cartoons she used to like are from, and she knows it's where Manji's from.

Meaning the guess was close enough; at least as far as Eda knows. the Boiling Isles doesn't really use a strong distinction between demon and devil.

"What's a blood fiend, anyway? You gonna be all offended if I ask if you're a demon?" She's genuinely curious, but also that would be her first guess, and she knows people are always weird about it here.
