Caitlyn glances around at the tents and decorations that have been put up, and all the various activities Mercy and Rue have put together. She doesn't entirely understand the appeal of a blanket race - or even how it works - and she's never much been one for fashion, but it's clear a lot of thought and effort went into the whole thing.
