Rue catches Jeff and Tim at the flower crown station, humming out a soft sound of approval at the lavender and sunflowers in the crown Jeff is creating.

Truth be told, they've been very interested in the relationship between these two since Jeff's return, and now seeing the pair of them together in public, Rue absolutely will be (affectionately) cornering Tim later to question him. Just as any other curious parent would.

"Your crown is most lovely, my dear." Their eyes glide to Tim, smiling his way, before Rue is turning their gentle expression back at Jeff. "How are the two of you enjoying the festival so far? You've come together, yes? Will you be entering in any of the contests as a pair as well?"
