Uncommonly superior memory; also known as an autobiographical memory. Individuals with hyperthymesia can recall personal events and experiences with vivid detail and accuracy, up to and including exact dates and times of said events. Often confused with an eidetic or photographic memory.
I have hyperthymesia, to some degree. I haven't had the opportunity to test it but from what I've read, it's not to the point of detriment. I've never been 'lost' in my own memories, as it were.
