"Yeah. I've gotten the impression that they were very good friends." Kate says and looks a little sad as she stacks a second tray on top of Tim's first one. Does Tim know that it had been Malcolm who had found his body? That Malcolm sounds and acts like he is deeply troubled over it? Kate doesn't know but she is not going to reveal that to Tim because she knows that Malcolm would not like anyone discussing his business.

Kate grabs another small box that contains some serving utensils and then after closing the van door she turns back to Tim. "That's the last tray. I'll go on ahead and open the door for you. I really appreciate you helping me out."

And because she's curious, "You were in Wolf's Pen, weren't you?"
