"Yeah... suppose you really haven't," Eda agrees. Which doesn't mean that she won't tell him if she finds anything important, but he's probably right that it's best not to look like they're too involved in anything together.

"Not that I'm their favourite person either." But at least she hasn't gotten in trouble recently. And she's planning to try and keep it that way, if only to make things easier for herself.
