Misty isn't Entity-aligned. She has no patron to feed with fear. And in all honesty, she's not really angry with John for doing what he'd done.

But he'd still killed her, even if only in a dream. She suspects that it is, technically, his fault that she feels awful right now. Giving him a little scare feels like her right.

And so she pushes past the nausea and the body aches just enough to give him a knowing smile.
