"I dunno. Grave marker? Gloucester? ...grand master?" Eda's just sort of spitballing. The last one probably isn't anything, and the first two wouldn't really tell them something new. She tries to remember if she's heard or read anything about someone with those initials here.

She's curious if damaging the gravestones will cause anything new, but then Bryn gets her attention again. At least he's talking, even if he's not happy.

"Yeah, that and they really wanted us to crawl into 'em. And they've been turning out bread that hurts people. Not loving the cursed ovens, if I'm honest."

At least, the oven was definitely making her try to crawl into it, and she's guessing that was the case in general. And that they're some kind of cursed. She considers opening more of them, but she doesn't want to set Bryn possibly dying again. For now she just tries to peer inside to make sure they're all much the same.
