Eda gives an irritated huff as the boat stalls out in the water. She really is starting to get fed up with all the trash out here.

After a few sharp tugs on the rope the boat suddenly comes free, and should be just within Caitlyn's grasp. Eda keeps a hold of the rope, trying to make sure it stays in place to grab.
