Caitlyn feels a small surge of triumph as Eda successfully snags the boat and begans hauling it in. As she pulls it, however, it becomes clear that the boat's knocking against an awful lot of garbage, bottles and bags and all sorts of debris piling up under it, slowing its progress to shore.

With a frown, Caitlyn crouches. She has to blink away a momentary spell of dizziness, but it's not as bad as when she stood up. She stretches her hand as far out towards the boat as she can, hoping Eda will be able to pull it close enough that she can grab hold of it.
