"Billy in the glass." He...has no idea what to make of this beyond the fact it's weird. But Hickey bunks with him, and so far aside from being messier than he likes hasn't given him any reason not to take to him.

"I'm prob'ly gonna regret this somethin' fierce. I'll be your lookout if it's this important, but if I says run, and you doesn't, I ain't responsible for what happens after that. Hope whatever this is it's worth it."

He makes his way back down closer to the head of the alley, not so close that he's easily visible to anybody passing by. He's tense as all get out and feeling a deep misgiving. Leaving him alone to whatever this is would make him feel worse, though.
