He even has a trickle of serum speed from frightening a couple people on his way here in his tac gear and full mask and goggles, which he regrets but is going to take advantage of while he can.

He knows from what the attacks on both Fenix and Dunn taught him that it probably won't take her down, but it should hopefully distract her and make it harder for her to see and fight him.
