"It'll be need to know. Someone working in admin doesn't need to know the specifics of a security detail they're never going to interact with. And the fewer people who know exactly what we're doing, the fewer potential weak points." She tilts her head. "PR's job is giving people information that'll assauge fear and give them a reasonable explanation for what's going on. Less fear, less for the monsters to feed on.

"And people like Dunn get killed if we can kill them." There's no particular anger in her voice, just a cold practicality. "Only reason she's been in custody is because we haven't figured out how to do that. You don't need a trial to see the damage she's done. And there's no courthouse in this world that could handle something like her."
