Jaeger can't help but feel a pang of relief when Donna sits back, though his hands do feel better for being tended. It's probably in his mind, since the cuts sting, but he feels cleaner for it.
Of course, the nightmare inside the warehouse will be much harder to shake, but at least he can take some comfort in the fact that it will be handled. Maybe they just didn't use enough fire? If worse comes to worse, the damn things could be put through a mulcher. That would be thorough, right? Lots of very small, very wet and gory pieces that will finally stop crying.
