Breaking It In - npc requested [Yuri listens, takes a note or two in a little spiral notebook.]
Excuse me, [she says, when there's a free moment.] I have a few questions.
Sticky Wicket [There are a few things to handle before the recon mission, and Yuri's never known how to sit still. So with an assigned partner next to her and the knowledge of a location and a combination in her head, she heads down to the docks.]
Here we are. [Yuri says, looking over the scratched door of the locker before they open it.] It looks like we're not the first people going after this.
Move the Goalposts [She breaks free, because she knows how to fight, knows how to hold her own against one or three or more opponents bigger and stronger than she is, and she's fast when she needs to be. But once she's run, once she's back in the apartments with no sign of her pursuers following her inside... she's going to turn around and head right back out.
If you're just minding your own business, you'll get a gentle warning to be careful, that there are strange things happening and it probably isn't safe to be alone (nevermind that Yuri herself is alone, as she walks through the dark streets). If you're being attacked, there's a piece of brick being thrown at a kelpie's head, to draw the attention of the creatures away from an easy target and towards an aggressive one.]
Below the Belt Oh, hello. [Yuri says quietly, as a seal bobs up next to the boat she's riding in.]
How are you? [Is it a good idea to try and pet a wild animal? Of course not. Is Yuri about to anyway? Absolutely.]
