"An hour," she agrees, smile gentle. Once he lays down, though, and Mercy can see his breathing level out, she breathes a sigh of relief and goes to fetch another few blankets for the big man. "You just rest, sir," she whispers as she removes the armband he's wearing and tucks the blankets around him.
He seems to have had some very hard times in his life, and Mercy lingers to brush her fingers gently through his hair and hum a song her mother had sung to her when she'd woken from a nightmare. But she can't stay forever, and there are other people who may be in similarly difficult positions wandering around ADI. She should get to work finding them, as well.
